Payment

Package pricing must be paid before the first lesson and is non-transferable.

Payment may be made by:

E-Transfer

Payment is due before or at the first scheduled lesson unless otherwise arranged.

Lesson Location

Lessons are held at the family's private pool.

A parent or responsible adult (18 years or older) must remain on the property and
be immediately available throughout the lesson.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full lesson fee.

Lessons cancelled due to lightning, poor weather, or unsafe pool conditions will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

What to Bring

Please have your child arrive ready to swim with:

Swimsuit

Towel

Goggles (if used)

Water bottle

Sunscreen applied before the lesson (for outdoor pools)
